    5. When was the last time that you used it? [never, right now, before (number of months)]

    6. Why do you use it? Why did you use it before?

    7. Why do you not use it (anymore)?

    8. Determine the cause together. Ask them to show the problem. [observe and describe]

    9. What did you do yourself to solve the problem?

    10. What technical problems do we observe ourselves?

    11. Do you want to return it?
