    Activity session subject : Vegetables Vocabulary: Activities / songs / games:

    lettuce, tomato, cucumber, long bean, broccoli, cauliflower, potato, chilli pepper, onion, cabbage, mushroom, pumpkin, carrot What do you like to eat? I like to eat... I dont like... It is a...

    Songs: The Vegetable Song I like to eat... Activities: Vegetable Headbands these will be used to play the vegetable soup game. Vegetable Soup as a class we will make our very own vegetable soup.

    Phonics This week we will finish our trace and learn colouring sheets for the letters y and z. We will continue reviewing the sounds and letter names in alphabetical order. We will also be introducing beginning sounds associated with vocabulary the students already know.

    Review This week we will review classroom objects: ruler, pen, paper, pencil, marker, crayon, glue, scissors, bag, desk, chair, board, bin, and table.

    Notes / parent follow up: The theme of the week is vegetables. Parents will need to bring in a vegetable each for their children for the soup.
