Sub: Regarding implementation of DE Program in Phase1 and Phase 2.

As per the instructions from D.G.S.E. your school has been selected for D.E (Digital
Equalizer) program. This program must be implemented on every Friday. The
Attendance of the subject teacher is compulsory and must be submitted to D.E.O
office before 5th of every month. The principle is responsible for the implementation
as well as the submission of monthly attendance report of subject teachers.

Instructions Regarding DE program:

1. Only Master Cadres teachers included under this program.
2. Under D.E program 1 hour must be given to the subject teachers on every Friday.
3. Four periods are compulsory in a week for students.
4. Projects regarding D.E must be submitted by the school to D.E.O office within the
respective time period as per the instructions by the Field Co-ordinators.
5. Computer teacher must Check D.E email regularly and also send weekly report to
their respective Field Co-ordinator.
