    Hope & Change in Adolescents Girls through Bal Bandhu Project Abstract

    The present paper incorporating management theories with practical lessons and demonstrations from a human & development perspective allowed UNICEFs Social & Behaviour Change Communication Programme to emerge as a powerful model that can be replicated in any setting across the world. Using the village volunteers route, UNICEF along with its partner agencies used community dialogue, interpersonal communication, social mobilisation and a host of innovative tools to promote inter-related health behaviour at the family level and health seeking behaviour at the community level in Lalitpur District. AGGs in Lalitpur district plays significant role to change poor condition of girls & poor habits of the villagers. present paper is a little effort to show the Behaviour Change Communication of Unicef in integrated district.
