    Make sure the coils have no stains. Clean all areas and rollers the coils go through as they are running. After each coil is punched INSPECT parts for burrs, stacking, frayed edges stains and debris. Cloth must be clean and dry, do not use any lubricant on the coils.

    Bag parts from each coil in plastic bags and mark them #1, #2, #3 etc. If parts have any quality issues, stop running the job and inform QC Manager. Do not run until the issue has been resolved.

    Determine appropriate interval for sharpening tools. Upon completion of run send order and parts to QC office.
