End Credits: TAFE Film Students Show Their Best Work
On Thursday 1st of December at U.N.E.s Arts Theatre (A1) starting at 7 oclock for two hours TAFE Screen and Media Students will proudly present the premier screening of the best of their years work in the event aptly titled End Credits. Never short of imagination, the students have come up with a varied, packed bill, which features a stunning work of contemporary drama, television commercials, music, sci-fi, action, period drama and documentary. The over forty films represent the work of a wide range of students from those at high school, from as far a field as Moree, (Certificate III) to those taking the first steps of their professional Film and Television careers (Cert IV, Diploma and Advanced Diploma). All the films are testament to the way the students have applied hard work and vision to the high calibre tuition they receive from the industry professionals who are their teachers. The films range in length from 30 second commercials to 15 minute dramas During the past year students have entered their work into Film festivals including the Bingara and Popcorn festivals and have walked away with a swag of awards.
