Calculations Assume cube rates as follows: Office @ GH120 cedis per metre cube Factory @ GH750 cedis per metre cube Effective height = (Top of fdn to G.L) = 5.500 m 500 + Top of G.L to roof 4.000 + Roof (unoccupied) (2)

Volume of workshops = 50 x 20 x 5.5 = 5500 metre cube Volume of offices = 50 x 5 x 5.5 = 1375 metre cube = 412,500

Estimated cost of block = 5500@75 1375@120 = 165,000 = GH 577,500
