    Low Pass Filter

    Tasks: 1. Simulate the structure described in the example 8.6 of the attached sheet at 4GHz. The 3D model in HFSS will look as shown below.

    Do the discrete frequency sweep from 0.5GHz to 4GHz to obtain the frequency response of the filter. To add the discrete frequency sweep, right click the Analysis>Setup1 option in the Project Manager as shown below (left). A new dialog appears as shown below (right). Choose the options as indicated below to complete the sweep setup. Simulate the structure again.

    Plot the S21 result. To plot the S21, Right click the Results option in the Project Manager and choose Create Modal Solution Data Report>Rectangular plot. Choose as shown below and click on New Report.
