The Womens Intercultural Center is a nonprofit located in Anthony, NM. The Center depends on the generosity of its donors, grantors, programming and social enterprise revenue to fund all of its operations to keep its doors open to the public and continue to provide programs in the areas of alternative education and personal development, economic selfsufficiency, civic engagement and leadership. When you rent the facilities at the Womens Intercultural Center, you are helping support the education and empowerment of the women of Southern NM and West TX.

The Gallery covers 1,147 square feet and can comfortably accommodate up to 100 standing or 80 seated persons. The gallery is a great space for all manner of activities from private receptions to large fundraiser parties. The kitchen is available for food preparation and catering services are available. $100/hour ** Extra cost for table cloths, and chair covers

Healing Arts Room

Rental fees shall be paid in full no later than the day of the event. Rental hours include setup and tear-down times. Overtime charges will be applied to all events extended beyond the agreed rental hours on the contract. Cancellations within 48 hour prior to the event will incur a 25% charge of total rental fee. There is a special rate for rentals that use the catering services of the Red Rooster Caf. There is a special rental rate available for nonprofits, public entities, Center volunteers and participants.

Catering
Catering services for the Womens Intercultural Center are provided by the Red Rooster Caf. All catering arrangements and payment for the catering services must be made with the restaurant. To set up catering arrangements please contact Omar Burciaga at 915-

Art /Carpentry Classroom

A Healing Arts Room has two massage therapy tables and a small waiting area. The room can be split into two rooms. It is a wonderful room with a calming and soothing atmosphere. $75/hour

Outside food and/or catering services can be used; however, no food preparation can take place in our facility. Our kitchen is used for personal usage and therefore, not available for public use or rental. If food or beverages are to be served at an event, all arrangements must be approved by the Womens Intercultural Center in advance. The renter is solely responsible for cleaning and removal of all food and beverages, supplies and equipment not owned by the Center. The use of any flame is prohibited except for sterno food warming candles which are to remain under supervision. Alcoholic beverages are permitted only with prior approval and with indemnification coverage and liability insurance coverage.

Other rental facilities include:

A spacious art/carpentry classroom accommodates 20 to 30 people. The room can be used to provide classes and/or as a large meeting space. $75/hour

Blue RoomMeeting room for 20 to 50 people HouseRooms in the house can be used for counseling, meditation, small group meetings, to provide classes, and more. It can accommodate up to 15 people overnight.
