Mad

You are crazy, mad, cuckoo, a few grapes short of a fruit basket.
You get what you want with intimidation and mad ramblings. It's not like you are a bad guy or anything, your just mad. Appearance: Your hair could be a mess, your fur could be matted, you might wear a tinfoil hat, and always carry an umbrella. But one thing is sure, the little people in your foot will not get your Oscar!

Traits
Mutant Type: Strength, Psi, a +2 to Psi overcharge. Skill Bonus (Level 1): Gain a +4 bonus to Insight checks. Erratic Movement (Level 1): Gain a +2 bonus to Reflex. Uncanny Insight (Level 1): When caught in a surprise round, before the round starts you can roll a d20, on even numbers
the round continues as normal, on uneven numbers you gain +4 to all defenses until the end of the surprise round. On a roll of 1, 20 or 11 you are able to warn your team mates and negate the surprise round.

Mad Critical (Level 2 or 6): 1d10 extra damage, and you can push 2 creatures within 3 squares of the target for their speed. (The targets are fleeing, so they will take the safest route possible)

MAD UTITLITY

Effect: You gain a +2 on attack rolls and saving throws, gain a +2 to speed and a +2 on AC and Reflex until the start of your next turn.

CRAZY DROPKICK
You rush the enemy, screaming, dropkicking him in the FACE! Encounter Psi Standard Action Melee 1 Target: One creature within your run speed Effect: You run towards your target (you dont provoke opportunity attacks) and must end your run adjacent to the target. Attack: Strength + your level vs. Fortitude Hit: 4d10 + Strength modifier + your level physical damage, and the target gets pushed one square and is knocked prone. Effect: After the attack (hit or miss) you are prone.
