This agreement of Lease made on 14th September 2008 between Mr .A.Chandar

permanently residing at Plot No:30 5th street Officers Colony,
Adambakkam,Chennai:600 088, (hereinafter referred to as the Lessor or the First Part)
which term shall include unless repugnant in the context, his heirs, successors and
assigns and Mr.VE.Bharathan s/o Mr.N..S.Venkatraman aged about 47 years
having his permenent address at 32/30 Nanchil Crown,Flat No: 3 New Colony I
StreetAdambakkam,Chennai:600 088
(hereinafter referred to as the Lessee or the Second Part) which term shall include
unless repugnant in the context, its successors and assigns of any other person

Whereas the LESSOR is the absolute owner and in possession of the premises at No.
47,BHUVANESWARI STREET, MADIPAKKAM ,CHENNAI:93 and the construction
made therein and whereas the Lessor is desirous of giving on rent the premises and
Lessee of taking on rent the same. The premises consists of 2 bed rooms, drawing,
dining, kitchen & 2 toilets, Car Park,and garden which are hereby agreed between the
parties that the Lessor shall give the Lessee and Lessee shall take the premises on rent
on the following terms and conditions:-
