2.1. Construction project management: Project management is one of the crucial aspects of the entire construction process.

Without effective project management, the best-conceived project risk failure; but when effective project management skills are applied, event those faltering projects may be save from disaster (Levy 2000). Where as Bennett (2003) mention that Project management has a strong tradition in the construction industry and is widely used on projects of all size and complications. Even so many projects do not meet their required performance standards or are delivered late or over budget. These factors can be directly addressed by raising the standards of project management within the construction industry and more specifically improving the skills of the project managers. Achieving the Built Environment is a quite complicated process in which bringing many players together to get different contribution from all of them. The whole process then is prioritised precise and logical sequence of decision making and delivery so that the final product will achieve the required level and quality of service, within the cost restriction of the business plan and delivered on time (Bennett, 2003).
