    As per approved memo dated 25th July, 2011, need to update Web site developed for us by Nyatapol was studied, and Nyatapol has redesigned our web site. The site has been totally revamped and many more information has been added compared to previous one. Some major changes are : Totally new design using Banks corporate color. Foreign currency rate history. Detail information regarding different services.. Information regarding share price.

    We redesigned our site through Nyatapol to prevent disturbance in our day to day work because if we switch to another vendor then our mail server will be down for 3 days. In addition, Nyatapol have been giving free support to us since 2 years (agreement expired on 31st December 2010), which already saved our expense of Rs 20,000. For the redesigning of our Website, Nyatapol has submitted the charges. This memo is forwardrd to release the payment for redesign of web site to Nyatapol Technologies P. Ltd. Bill as of NRs 39,550 (Including VAT). Copy of decision of management committee meeting held on 31st July 2011 is also attached herewith. Placed for approval.
