A <Persona>
A <Persona> is a <Role> with a <Personality>. <Identity> is a unique human being or a digital agent operating in a specific system. <Role> == enum(Visionary, Designer, Implementer, Operator). Each <Role> instance has a nominal set of <Skill>s. <Personality> == Myers-Briggs (or equivalent system) types. Each <Personality> has a set of preferred <Communication Style>s. For people, the <Comm Style>s are loosely defined, but for digital agents, they conform to specific <Protocol>s.

<Identity> is federated. All Authenticated Interactors operate with time and scope limited credentials. These credentials are issued and sharable among <Trust Domain>s. A travel visa is the operating concept. There are <Treaty>s among <Trust Domain>s.

In Collaboration, a <Persona> guides the patterned form of one <Persona> talking with and listening to another <Persona> or more. <Identity>s have default <Persona>s, but they can alter the <Persona> based on a <Biz Purpose>.

We are all Model Behavior Agents. If it works for those of us who are building the Knowledge Sharing System, it works for all.

This is General Industry Knowledge (GIK). Therefore, it is open to all to know and, hopefully, follow.
