    Subject:

    Aadhar Number UID Card

    This has reference to Public Notice dated 10th August 2011 regarding possession of Aadhar Number UID Card by each applicant of an AME/ Pilot Licence.

    It is mentioned that all applications for the issue/ renewal of AME/ pilot licence including applications for examinations relating to these licences may be accompanied with either Aadhar Number UID Card or an Enrolment ID number (EID) with effect from 1st January 2012.

    Further, all applications for the issue/ renewal of AME/ pilot licence shall be accompanied with Aadhar Number UID Card with effect from 1st April 2012.
