    Process: The admission process in the hostel starts only after receiving the College Fee

    Receipt and the enrollment number. Fee for 12 months as advance is taken for both hostel and also for food. Sign on the rules and regulation sheet. Registrations in the hostel register and signed by parents. Software used: Excel sheets to maintain all the accounts and other details of the students. Security measures: *Money: 10 thousand in advance and 9 thousand refundable.*Hostel: 24hours security. Payments: Amount saved in bank. Monthly paid to mess people, this is based on no of plates. Problems faced: *Financial, *Students. Privileges: Only mother is allowed to stay. 300rs per night. 2 Systems are used for maintaining the details about the entire process.
