2. What kind of phototropism do plants have? Be able to draw and explain if

necessary.

4. What is the mechanism for phototropism? Be able to reproduce the experiment

done to show the mechanism for phototropism.

5. Describe the transport of auxin. What does it need to be transported?

6. What are the effects of auxin? Be able to list them out.

7. What is auxin’s role in lateral bud growth?

8. What is auxin’s role in the growth of new roots after having removed the old

roots from a plant?
