Post Startup Observations: Commissioning of feed section was carried out at minimum feed flow rate due to these issues. y y Driving Belt Slippage problem of all Screw Conveyor was observed. RPM of Main feed Screw Conveyor are less than that of our feed requirement. (Capacity calculation of Main feed screw conveyor and RPM comparison table of all equipments in feed section is attached) Fine rock leakage from feed control plate beneath the main rock hopper was observed. Vibration from forward screw conveyor after a constant time interval was observed.
