Help for citizen for online application for Learning License.

1. You may require Internet connection to apply for Learning License. 2. Please ensure that your computer should be loaded with Acrobat Reader Version 9 3. Internet address for the site is http://sarathi.nic.in 4. You need to create your user account by selecting link Please Register Me 5. Provide required information to create your user account with password. 6. Select Issue of Learning License to me link from Online transaction with Sarathi menu (Main Page) 7. Above link will open one form which should be filled up by individual. * marked in RED color are mandatory fields and should be filled up without fail. 8. After filling up the form, you may need to SAVE the application before printing the application. 9. You should note down the Application Number for future reference and also for taking Appointment for LL test. 10. After application is saved and printed, you may close the form. 11. Select Appointment for LL Test from earlier menu. 12. Login to your account created in step 4 above. 13. Go to Slot Booking and select LL Test 14. Next screen will ask for Application Number and your date of birth for confirmation.

15. Book your slot as per your choice and availability. 16. Save the slot data and keep the printed slip with you. 17. You may walk in to respective RTO office with the printed application and all required attachments 15 minutes before the schedule time of slot allotted to you.
