    Filling up of Form-13 Procedure

    Enter your User Name and Password

    Click on Retirement Benefits

    Click on RBS Submit Forms

    Select Provident Fund

    Select Transfer-in (Form 13)

    Click on New Form

    Fill required details in boxes provided and save the same

    Click on submit Form to submit Form-13 to SSC

    Click here and take print out of 4 copies, sign all copies and send it to SSC
