    Subject: permission for membership of newcomers Sir, It is stated that the HERTZ Society wants to offer membership to the newly admitted students of 1st semester by placing a one day camp on Monday 13th Feb. at the campus to involve the new students in the extra curricular activities of EE department. This will encourage new talent to come forward and participate with us. Kindly allow us to place a membership cam. I shall be grateful to you.
