Mole poblano Bone in chicken cooked in our house Mole sauce, of dried chiles, spices and Mexican chocolate. Mole de Pistache Chicken in a poblano and pistachio mole sauce. Ternera Adobada Veal llets cooked in a chile-pasilla sauce
