Please describe what you would bring/do to the position in which you are applying for? I have had access to various leadership styles in my life which as given me great insight to what motivates others. My current career is teaching leadership, team building and organization development. I have the passion and desire. Why do you want to serve in this position(s)? I have always been a believer that if people are going to make a decision about my future, I would prefer to be involved with the process. The values of our forefathers make it possible for me to success Please list any other information that strengthens your application for a position Frankly, it makes me mad as hell to see Hayworth students treated like second class citizens on campus when we are approx. 20% of the total population.
