: Sub: Appeal for receiving a General Diary for sexual abuse and threat over Sir, This is to inform you that, I Mrs Mousami Aich, W/O Mr Ajay Aich have been residing at 18, Daskhin Para, Kolkata-28, for the past few years, are being threatened by my sisters in-laws, repeatedly. A few months back, my sister Mrs Moumita Dey was being tortured brutally at her matrimonial home. Thus she went to the local police station to file a complaint. The police station however did not help them but to her luck she was able to file a 498A case against her in-laws with the help of the court order. Since then my sister has been staying with my family in our home. But the behaviour of her in-laws is very much alarming for us. Once when my husband Mr Ajay Aich, due to his genial nature was trying to settle the crisis of my sister with her in-laws, he had been threatened. This threat was not to the extent of verbally abuse only, but my sisters nandai[ Husband of my sisters daughter-in-law] Mr Pradip Haldar also threatened to kill him. Their threats did not stop at these; these iniquitous people hurled sexual abuses at me also which does not eligible to be written in such a complaint. Again people have also threatened to kill my family members at their fancy. Thus we are in a very startling state of affairs and have come thus come to seek your help, which comes as a part of your duty. telephone
