Subject: - Issuance of UET Degree before Convocation.

Sir,

Most respectfully it is stated that I have completed my degree in Session Spring 2010 under Roll Number E-06-010. At that time I have mentioned that I shall take UET degree on Convocation of university. But unfortunately Convocation is still pending and more than 18 months have passed.

I have sent documents in Pakistan Navy in short service Commission and they are demanding my UET final Degree. Similarly I need UET degree for doing MS from foreign so in this regard I need UET degree before convocation.

I shall be very thankful to you if you issue me UET Degree as soon as possible.

You will get your Degree in convocation because you marked for it. However if you want it before convocation then you have to submit a hand written application in Student Affairs Department in the name of Controller Examination regarding issuance of degree before convocation.
