2011-13 MMS/PGDBM Admission Process

List Of Documents (All Originals & 2 sets of Photocopies duly attested along with 6 photographs)
1. SSC Mark sheet 2. HSC Mark sheet OHU Students needs to submit mark sheets of all the years for the admission purpose. 3.a. If you are currently awaiting your graduation results, mark sheets of all semesters would be needed. 3. b. If you are working then mark sheet of your last year of graduation and work experience certificate otherwise only graduation mark sheets and certificate of passing. 4. CET Score Card 5. Proforma-I Undertaking (Photocopy is enough) 6. Proof of Indian Nationality - Domicile Certificate/ Birth Certificate/ School Leaving Certificate/ Passport 7. Migration Certificate (if there is a change in Universities - for OHU and OMS candidates)/Mumbai University-Transfer Certificate 8. GAP Certificate - If there has been a gap in education(Not required but its better if you have it) 9. Eligibility Certificate - needed for students who have done their graduation from unrecognized institutes/ universities or graduation degrees which are not recognized. 10. Caste Certificate, Caste Validity Certificate (for all reserved category students), Non Creamy Layer Certificate (for SBC, VJ/NT(A,B,C,D) and OBC).

11. Transfer Certificate & Migration Certificate is given extended date for submission, not necessarily you submit at the time of admission. Transfer Certificate forms are available at campus in case your college does not proved you TC/LC directly. 12. DD will be on the name of DIRECTOR, SIMSREE for the amount of 53000 & 16000 for Open category students. DD of Rs 2000/- only for Category students is required.

13. Printout of CAP round college allotment results from the DTE website indicating Sydenham Institute of Management Studies being allotted to you as per your rank and preferences.

For MMS Extra - 825 (Cash) - Mumbai University Form Charges Extra - 220 (Cash) - Enrolment Charges - For all Extra - 220(Cash) - Eligibility Charges- if OHU but Maharshtra Extra - 350 (Cash) - Eligibility Charges - IF out Of Maharashtra Extra - 750 (Cash) - Eligibility Charges- If Foreign University

Process Simplified!!!!!!!!!!!
1. Sydenham Institute of Management is exactly located outside Churchgate station, B-Road on Marine Drive side. You need to enter the Big Gate of SIMSREE Institute which is written on the Arch(Not Sydenham College) and take the lift to the 3rd floor. 2. Admission will take place from 20th-23rd July,2011 - 11.00AM-5.00PM at the college campus for CAP Round 1. 3. At 3rd floor go directly to the Seminar Room(Juniors Orientation Venue) or Seniors will be there to guide you. Open category student need to fill up WHITE Form and Category Student need to fill up Pink form at Seminar Room. All the OHU + MMS Students need to fill up 4 forms in all which will be handed over to you at the venue. Seniors will verify all your documents and DD before you proceed to Library. 4. Then you will be guided to the Library to complete the admission process which will be undertaken by the college authorities. All the document submission and Verification will take place at the library, where MMS Students will need to fill up Mumbai University forms also. You need to submit your DD at this place only where you will get receipt on the spot. 5. After the library you are required to go to IT Lab where online confirmation of the Admission will take place where you need to provide your login ID & Password (very essential). As soon as you get your printouts get back to the library and submit it. 6. As soon as Admission process is over you will be guided to Room No. 307 where SMA Process will take place. You need to fill up Profile form and all the necessary details in Laptop as guided. Seniors will be there to assist you.

7. You will be handed over Induction material and sheets of Rules & Regulations, Code of Conduct, Laptop Deal & Hostel Details at this time. Please make a point you provide your active E-mail ID & Mobile No. at this time as all the communication in further coming days will be provided to you via these mediums (majorly email). Here your Admission process ends. Welcome to SIMSREE!!!!!Looking forward to meet you on Campus Regular college/Induction will start from 8th August, 2011 from which date your regular lectures and workshops/Gust lectures will be commencing.
