    African American Heritage Celebration

    The Coalition of African American Families respectfully requests your help in preparing for the annual African American Heritage celebration. It takes lots of parent support to make this an enjoyable event for all. Please let us know if you can help volunteer for a half-hour or more on one or more of the following activities: o o o o Decoration making - Tuesday, February 21st at 3pm in auditorium Hanging decorations - Wednesday, February 22nd @ 5:30pm in the cafeteria Judges for student art - Thursday, February 23rd from 1:30 to 3:30 Help on Friday, February 24th (see activities below) Time 3:30 5:30 5:00 - 6:30 5:00 - 6:30 6:00 7:30 6:30 8:00 8:00 8:30 Activity Set-up (decorating, arranging tables & chairs, etc.) Raffle Ticket Sales Food Service (set up and serve food) Assist students before and after performances Videographers, photographers Clean-up (cleaning auditorium and cafeteria)
