PRINCIPLES OF JUSTICE Right to Fair Treatment Subjects have the right to fair and equitable treatment both before,

during, and after their participation in the study. Fair treatment includes the following aspects: The fair and nondiscriminating selection of the subjects such that any risks and benefits will be equitably shared; subject selection should be based on research requirements and not on convenience, gullibility, or compromised position of certain types of people. The nonprejudicial treatment of people who decline to participate or who withdraw from the study after agreeing to participate. The honouring of all agreements made between the researcher and the subject, including the adherence to the procedures outlined in advance. Respectful and courteous treatment at all times.

In this study, the researchers will accommodate all of the level II nursing students both male and female as our respondents. Justice is given to the participants as the results of this study would also benefit them. They will be able to identify the possible stressors that they may be experiencing in the clinical setting and knowledge of these clinical stressors will give them better and wider perspective in developing strategies to reduce stress that can affect the students various aspects of life. The respondents also have the freedom to participate or to decline in participating in our survey. The researchers would always show respect and courtesy to whatever the respondents feedbacks.

Right to Privacy

Virtually all research with human subjects constitutes some type of intrusion into subjects personal lives. Researchers should ensure that their research is not more

intrusive than it needs to be and that the subjects privacy is maintained throughout the study. Subjects have the right to expect that any data collected during the course of a study will be kept in strictest confidence.

The researchers in this study will not link any data to the participant. Privacy will be observed at all times and maintained in the course of the study. The respondents personal information will be handled responsibly and with utmost care. The personal information will only be used for the purpose of carrying out the research study and this will be explained to the respondents before the information will be acquired.
