This is a very moist cake. It baked for 40 to 45 minutes
Ankeny, Ia in my oven in a 9" by 13" pan. I used applesauce AND
veg oil in my cake. You get a coarser texture with the
515-277-0187 applesauce. or make cupcakes. You'll get 24 to 25
cupcakes. bake about 18 minutes.
