Why Do You Need Zinc?


Zinc is found is almost every cell of the body, and is essential for the creation of Tlymphocytes. It helps the immune system to function properly and also helps cell growth. Zinc helps wounds to heal and promotes growth and brain development.

What Happens if Your Body has too Much? An overload of Zinc can cause high fever, vomiting, headaches, loss of appetite, and stomach cramps. It also interferes with the absorption of Iron and Copper, which could lead to anemia.

What Happens if Your body has too Little?

Zinc deficiency can cause hair loss, loss of appetite, loss of sense of taste and/ or smell, wounds that take large amounts of time to heal, and skin sores.

Where can You get Zinc Supplements?
