Rental Agreement Of: House 107 2nd Street West Landis, Saskatchewan 1.

Parties The Parties to this Agreement are RYAN WHEATON, hereinafter called Landlord, and GLENN J SALEWSKI, hereinafter called Tenant. 2. Property Landlord herby includes the following Items with the property to the Tenant for the term of this Agreement: 42 Samsung Plasma TV, 2 Couches, Dining Table/Chairs, Spare Box spring/Bed, Washer, Dryer. 3. Term This Agreement shall run: January 9th 2012- Onward 4. Rent The Monthly Rental for House 107 2nd Street West Shall be $400/Month due and payable by Cheque made out to Ryan Wheaton, or Direct Transfer to Account #1042928 Landis Credit Union on the First(1st) Day of each month. 5. Utilities Tenant to pay the following services and/or Utilities: Electricity(SaskPower), Natural Gas(SaskEnergy), Water. 6. Damage Deposit A $200 Damage Deposit is required. This amount will be refunded within Thirty(30) Days following the termination of the Tenancy.

In Addition it is Agreed: 1. Tenant may make improvements or repairs: with the landlords permission. 2. Landlord may enter the premises at reasonable times, with reasonable notice(24hours), for the purposes of inspection, maintenance, or repair to the House. 3. Tenant agrees to occupy the premises and shall keep the same in a clean, respectable state. 4. Tenant shall Abide by All Landis Bylaws 5. Tenant shall, upon termination of this Agreement, vacate and return dwelling in the same condition that it was received. 6. It is Recommended, Tenant should obtain Tenant insurance to protect personal belongings incase of Disaster. We, The Undersigned, Agree to this Rental Agreement GLENN SALEWSKI Tenant
