    Register Any users can create an account by registering.

    The system will validate the user name and password and will reject them if either they are missing or if the user name is already taken. Login Any users can login only if they have already registered. Their user name and password will be validated in the same manner as when registering an account. Search Database Any users will be able to search for resources by search key by typing string and the system will provide searched resource from the database. Add data to database users/ authors will be able to provide some data/publication, the system will pass through some constraints before displaying the result for public. Logout: The user will press the logout button, and the system will let logout the user. Delete own account: Only the administrator can delete the account of others from the database, but registered users can delete their own account. Delete resource: Only the administrator can delete any resource from the database.
