Minutes taken from the first PTA General Assembly dated August 25, 2011 at exactly 1:45 pm at
the MLGR covered court.

II. National Anthem - Mr. Judy R. Fariolen
III. Opening Remarks - Mr. Irvin Fernandez (Pres. PTA Board)
IV. Intermission Number - Dance by Grade VI pupils
V. Introduction of Teachers - Mrs. Imelda Dela Cerna
VI. Message - Hon. Dondon Linsag
Expressing of his heartfelt gratitude to the MLGR Community
Informing the parents of his donation. Three sacks of cement to repair the damage fence at
the back of the grade V building.
Telling the body of his first priority – the Department of Education.
VII. Business of the day : Mrs. Sevelina R. Magno
Warm greetings and expressing her thanks for the presence of the parents and teachers.
Presenting of her policies
- If there are problems that may arise involving teachers, parents must go the teachers
concerned, or to the principal but not to the media.
- Wearing of school uniform and I.D. for the safety of the children.
- To focus on the non-readers in every grade level from grades II-VI, to produce quality
graduates.
- To produce quality education, follow the rules and regulations.
- Parents must stay inside the covered court but quietly.
- Parents are not allowed to wear shorts in the campus. Avoid smoking inside the campus
and no doing scandalous act, no throwing of garbage inside the campus.
- No staying longer in the canteen so that children can buy or will have space to buy at
the canteen.
- School Fund Raising – “Candidata” as Mr. and Ms. MLGR for the purchase of computers.
VIII. Treasurer’s Report – Mrs. Candia used visual aids for transparency.
