1ST PTA MEETING
The meeting started at 3:30 in the afternoon on June 7, 2019, 39 parents attended. The meeting started with my
introduction as the new Grade 1 teacher. Next a prayer was conducted by Mr. Rommel Oligo. After the prayer I discussed
the agenda.

After the election of PTA officers, I explained the remaining school programs, projects and my concerns, the
newly PTA President presented some suggestions and they all agreed in hiring a cleaner since majority of the parents are
busy.

2ND PTA MEETING
Three in the afternoon, September 13, 2018, 22 parents attended the meeting that I conducted. The meeting started
with a prayer which was conducted by Vicente Bogtong. After the prayer I discussed the agenda and put emphasis on the
computation of grades and reading program.

After the overview of agenda, I explained the upcoming school programs, events, projects and my concerns. Mrs.
Ariate and Mrs. Caberto suggested a classroom project and they agreed in raising money to paint the chairs and tables.
The meeting ended with the distribution of report cards followed by a closing prayer.
