Objective
The objective of this lesson is to give you insight in to:

KK & Co. is an accountant firm. KK & Co. present business is in consultancy. It has huge base of 209 firms and all the work is done manually. With such a large customer base it has become impossible for the management to increase their customer base due to lack of coordination and wastage of time in manual process. They have hired you as a consultant to advice them on how computers can increase their efficiency if they can be connected centrally to the top-level management. What the top management interested in is initial details on how the computers will be better than manual work and which particular brand or configuration should they purchase for it. Now, you have to makes slides of having the information of the computers best suited to them and present your findings in front of top-management. Note You may use additional input output devices what so ever you think will be most suitable for the organization. You can use various sources of data e.g. cheques, drafts, printed texts etc. KK & Co. may wants output in the form of printouts, MICR, OCR etc.
