Because through the Capital punishment, they know that if they do something illegal, they will be died. For example, in Netherlands, students are educated about crime and the consequence of breaking the law-Capital punishment. Thanks to that, the figure of crime in Netherlands has decreased significantly. Capital punishment is also an appropriate retribution for criminals killing innocent people such as Le Van Luyen who cruelly killed a 4-year-old baby in a robbery of gold jewerllery shop. The terrorism criminals like him must be punished severely for what they cause for the victims and the society.Moreover, passing death sentence to dangerous criminals is to protect the safety of the society and innocent people.Because if the sentence is not strict enough, they may continue to commitcrimes and be a threst to the society.
