Bexley Senior Tag 2012 (ASSASSIN STYLE)

COST OF ENTRY: $10 PER PERSON ($50 PER TEAM) DUE BY APRIL 27

What is senior tag? Its a competition between teams of five people. Each person may be on only one team. The game begins on May 1 at midnight. Whats the goal? Your goal is to be the last team standing (and win a lot of cash). You get other teams out by shooting their players with water guns. What are the rules? Here are the basic rules: 1. You will only be trying to shoot two teams at a time. Your target teams has no idea that youre out to get them, and you have no idea which teams are out to get you (this makes it Double-Assassin Style). 2. To get someone out, you must use a water gun (squirt guns, supersoakers, etc). NO water balloons, hoses, or buckets of water. 3. The only way you are immune from being shot is if you are in your underwear (only ONE pair). Socks/shoes and jewelry are also allowed. Sports bras are ok, but spandex/compression shorts are not. 4. If you get shot, youre eliminated from play UNTIL your team manages to defeat all five players on ONE of your target teams. When this happens, all five players on your team are allowed back in play, and you will be assigned a new target team. 5. If all five players on your team are eliminated, your team is permanently out of the game.

6. After two weeks, approx. 6- 8 teams (based on # of teams participating) will be allowed to keep playing (based on performance). More cutoffs may follow if necessary. 7. Cutoffs will be determined by primarily K/D spread. Tiebreakers following would be (in order): # of kills, # of teams eliminated, speed of kill, strength of kill. 8. All disputes will be settled by judges. If someone is found cheating (i.e. lying about getting shot), their WHOLE team will be disqualified. ***Buying kills is strictly prohibited. Any team found to be buying kills will automatically be disqualified. Are there any safe zones? Yes. You are safe 1. In the School Zone [FAIR TO POWELL, ROOSEVELT TO ARDMORE]. No matter where you are in this zone, including houses, you are immune to being shot. The bordering streets are fair game. Do not wear your underwear within this zone: the school will catch and punish whoever breaks this rule. If the school gets pissed, well have to make the rules stricter. So just dont do it. 2. At Work. You cannot be tagged 30 seconds before you clock in or 30 seconds after you clock out, but you must be counting your thirty seconds OUT LOUD and AUDIBILY("one one thousand, two one thousand...") in order to retain immunity. Senior Project, OSU classes, WINGS, Mosaic, etc. are all treated the same as work. 3. At Sports. School sports (practices and competitions) as well as club sports (soccer, frisbee, etc.) are safe. However, the moment you step off the field once the event is over, you are fair game. For away games, you are fair game once you get off the bus (Rule 1 still applies). If a school team is holding practice off of school property (e.g. track team running in south Bexley), they are still immune.

4. Your House. You cannot be shot in your house unless someone willingly lets them inside. This can be anyone: a friend, family member, etc. BUT you may be shot through a window or an open garage as long as the player does not enter the property. 5. Religious places of worship (church, synagogue, etc). However, the JCC is fair game. Anything else I should know? 1. You are fair game EVERYWHERE else. However, you play this game at your own risk. You alone are responsible if you get in trouble. If you walk into a fancy place with a squirt gun or in your underwear, you may get banned. 2. The game is played during all hours of day, including lunch. 3. Substitution: If you are going to be out of town at all during Senior Tag, you must register a substitute for you. You must let the judges know 48 hours in advance exactly when you are leaving and returning so that we can post this information on the wall. If you choose not to obtain a substitute, your team will be playing with a man down for the rest of the round OR until your team knocks out a target team. 4. You will notify a judge when you have shot somebody using text messages. The text message should include the killer and the victim. Well give you more details soon. 5. All rules are subject to change based on how this all works out. Check the Facebook wall often. We will be posting new things as they come up, and there will be NO excuses for not reading the new rules. If you didnt hear them, thats not our fault. How do I sign up? 1. Assemble a team of 5 players and give your 50 dollars to Beech or Pelz by Friday, April 27. If you dont pay by then, we cant let

you play. 2. Pick a team name. Post your name and list of players on the Facebook wall by Friday, April 27. CHECK THE FACEBOOK GROUP DAILY ALL UPDATES WILL BE COMMNICATED USING FACEBOOK
