SOCK ASSASSINS
OFFICAL RULES
Sock Assassins is a game in which the participants attempt to terminate
their targets. Each participant will be given a target. You can only kill your
current target. To kill, all you need to do is to throw your weapon at your
target. The weapon is a sock. When you kill your target, their target
becomes your new target. The object of the game is to assassinate as many
others before you are terminated, but you can only do this one target at a
time. The winner is either the last person left! This is a game of skill and
whit…. everyone has the skills to play it’s not about being athletic, or crafty,
sometimes it’s just good old luck. Why not try it??
d. You may ONLY throw CLEAN socks, so people can not take off
their socks when approaching their targets. Using a dirty sock
means assassin cannot kill for 1 hour.
e. You may not touch your opponent's sock, or else you are
considered terminated.
f. You can hit any part of your opponent, except for face. Face
Shots are counted as misses. Hitting your opponent's backpack,
folder, or books are considered "blocked shots." You may hit
their jacket or other articles of clothing that are being worn.
3. To Defend Yourself: Hit your assassin with a sock. If hit, the assassin
cannot kill for 10 minutes.
4. To Record Kill:
a. When you have successfully eliminated your target, log on to
www.TheHappyZork.com and report your kill immediately ( you
can do this by clicking on the link in your personal “play game”
page – log in to TheHappyZork, click Home, click “my games,”
click on the current game. Once your target has been verified
their elimination, you will be emailed a new target. You will be
given the option to include a detailed gruesome story about how
the elimination happened and what sequence of events led to it.
The report will be posted on the status page of your game for all
to enjoy!
5. Safe Zones (zones which targets may not be killed) MUST HAVE both
feet inside:
a. Target's own room (unless they invite the person in)
b. Restrooms
