Frequently Asked Questions IEP (Feb-Apr 2012) Students Online Submissions

Section A Upload & Online Submission Q: What do I need to prepare for my online submission? A: You will need to have 3 things for your online submission: a) IEP Report (with appendices Logsheets, Report Clearance Form, Student and Company Feedback forms) b) Student Feedback Form c) Company Evaluation/Feedback Form Please refer to below Sections for more information on the required documents. All modes of file extensions are acceptable MS Word (in .doc), PDF, JPEG, TIFF. Please keep the file size to each document to 16MB.

Q: By when we must upload all the documents ie the Report, Student Feedback Form, and Company Feedback form? A: Please complete all your submissions by 30 Apr 2012, so that your RP Liaison Officer will have sufficient time to look through your submissions and grade you accordingly. Only after satisfactory submission and review by your RP Liaison Officers, we can award you the CE points (up to 14 DA points for full 7 week IEP) to you.

Q: Where do I upload the documents to? A: All students must upload their IEP report, Student Feedback Form, Company Feedback Form to the portal: www.myrp.edu.sg/internship. Please use Internet Explorer 7.0 and above for better performance. When you launched the website (with your student VPN logged in), you should see the screen below.

Q: Do I need to upload all 3 documents at the same time via the portal? A: Yes, please upload your IEP Report, IEP Student Feedback Form, and Company Feedback form at the same time via the portal.

Q: What if I do not have the Company Feedback form at the point of upload? A: Do not worry. You may upload a dummy document (e.g. a blank word document) under the Company Feedback Form section. Your RP Liaison Officer will assist you thereafter.
