Term Report Outline- IBA PROCTER & GAMBLE

The Term Report is supposed to explore the four functions of management of an organization or one of its departments which in this case is the Human Resources Department.

The Four Functions are 1. Planning 2. Organizing 3. Leading 4. Controlling

Our term report has to revolve around these four functions. In addition to this, we expect to find out information on P&Gs Human Resource Dept. What goals are set to ensure Human Resource remains vibrant? Strategic Goals of the HR sector of the company Environmental Influences on HR What P&G looks in the new employees to be hired? How it ensures that the workforce remains effective and motivated? The diversity, demographics, skills and qualifications of the workforce in P&Gs HR department. The Concept of trans-national mobility of labour force The structure and frame work of HR in P&G The Training and development of the workforce

The concept of corporate culture-is P&Gs environment conducive towards productivity of the employees. Aspects of Human Resources that affect the companys compliance with Labour laws etc in Pakistan.

In the light of the above points, we will have to interview two or three concerned personalities in the company. These interviews will be conducted spread over a period of time. We would also be making and giving out questionnaires that will be needed to be answered as well. The above points are just a general outline as to what we hope to include in our term report and many other points can therefore be added later as well.
