1. Boiler force cooling done for maintenance works. 2. Bed material was drained completely. 3. Air plenum was cleaned. 4. Drain line for Plenum was erected. 5. Boiler primary & secondary super heater tubes replaced with new one 1 meter length (T-22, T-91) total 12nos. 6. ESP inspection was done. 7. Furnace nozzle cleaning completed. 8. Super heater zone hanger tubes wear proof covers replacement done (40nos). 9. SR test was done for newly welded joints in PSH & SSH tubes. 10. Coal feeder 4 scrapper motor was burned and replaced with unit 2coal feeder-4. 11. Coal feeder -4 was fully jammed and removed the material. 12. Coal feeder view glass provided. 13. Cyclone centre cylinder temporary supports removed. 14. Scrap removed at loop seal box. 15. Coal feeder view glass frame missing new one made and replaced. 16. Hydro test was conducted. 17. Hydro test stopped due to Secondary super heater tube welding joint crack leakage and rewelded. 18. After welding completion again Hydro test started and pressurised up to 160ksc, while that time leakage found at final super heater inlet tubes, welding under process.
