B TURBINE MAINT

SN. JOB DESCRIPTION

1 TURBINE MAIN:

- Turbine Governing system overhauling,


- Main oil Cooler cleaning
- Seal Oil system overhauling, float checking.
- Gen cooler cleaning.

2 CONDENSER: - Tube cleaning (water jet),

- Flood & Dye test and attending leakages if any,


- Replacement of magnesium anode as per requirement.
- Eddy Current testing.
3 LPH 1: Checking of tube leakage if any.

LPH 2: Checking of tube leakage if any.

4 BFP 1A: Bearing checking, Lube oil tank cleaning, Mech seal cooler cleaning,
Suction Strainer checking and cleaning, Cooling water lines cleaning/ replacement as
per requirement. (Pump DE brg checking)

BFP 1B: Bearing checking, Lube oil tank cleaning, Mech seal cooler cleaning,
Suction Strainer checking and cleaning, Cooling water lines cleaning/ replacement as
per requirement. (pump Both brg to be checked.)

5 CEP 1 A: Bearing checking, Cooling coil hydro test, Suction strainer cleaning, NRV
checking. Suction v/v servicing

CEP 1 B: Bearing checking, Cooling coil hydro test, Suction strainer cleaning, NRV
checking. Suction v/v servicing

6 VALVES: - HP valves overhauling- MS-114,115, 116, FD-102,108 etc


- Changing of high pressure drain valves as per requirement.

- Thickness measurement of flash tanks & drip line bends.

- Valves as per defect list

7 DEAERATOR AND FEED TANK: Cleaning and inspection.

8 COOLING TOWER: Hot basin cleaning, Sump Cleaning, Gear box checking, Oil
replacement, Blade angle checking, Deck valve servicing/ repair etc.

9 CST- Tank cleaning.

10 S/D related jobs. - BFP warm up line pipe replacement( near condenser),

ACW pipe replacement near main oil cooler , Duplex oil filter vent line repair
