Form well enough to teach to others; groups for further interactive practice with provide solid examples and programs, and for on-going portfolio work expertise; successfully convince Ss to really use these programs for their professional/international resumes Anticipated problems for students: Computer illiteracy-related problems; shyness with being recorded Solution: Emphasize that everyone participates ("Everyone has to listen to their own voice!"). Emphasize that this practice will help them become more comfortable with their own voice; their voice speaking English. Point out that hearing your own mistakes is an excellent way to improve your speech. Solution: Provide more structure than usual (while still letting Ss experiment and "feel out" the program). Provide clear and visible tutorials with time for questions. Also, anticipate questions and problems ahead of time in case Ss are too shy to ask. Phase Timing Intera ction

Anticipated problems for teacher: Lab session might be highly individualized; lack of direction. Difficult to monitor each student and make sure they are on-track.

What went well? What didn't go well? Did I make any changes during class? Were the materials appropriate/sufficient? Were the Ss engaged? Were there any clear strong/weak points? Were the teaching aids appropriate/sufficient? Does it flow into the next lesson?
