    Lubricity unloading procedure: 1. Vehicle to be parked at unloading point properly 2. Arrest vehicle wheels by wooden block and stop the engine 3. Check the seal tags and open the tanker vent. 4. Ensure storage tank vent kept open. 5. Open the 77G11 pump drain line for prime the pump, after priming close the drain line. 6. Fix the earth connection of the tanker 7. Connect the hose from the tanker to the storage tank unloading line. 8. Open truck discharge valve and pump suction valve. 9. Release the vapor lock through the pump vent. 10. Ensure transfer line to day tank kept closed. 11. Take the storage tank initial level and stat the pump. 12. Inform the driver and cleaner to be at the truck while unloading. 13. Ensure the level dropping in the truck and check the dip. 14. If unloading completed check the storage tank level and check the truck compartments are empty. stop the pump. 15. Close the unloading valve and empty out the hose. 16. Remove the hose and earth connection. Note: 1. During unloading if any power failure please close the pump discharge valve. 2. During unloading truck engine should not run.
