Supplies: -Ruler -Scissors -Roller tape adhesive -Paper clip STEP 1 Use a paper clip to score your fold lines. STEP 2: Fold and cut out all the parts.

STEP 3 Fold dimensional.

STEP4: Insert the slot-on part into the base fold.

STEP 5 Fold the cover.

STEP 6: Place tape adhesive on the back side along the outer edge of the base fold.

STEP 7 Press the base fold and cover firmly together to secure.
