Jacob A list of potential stakeholders. Luke Stakeholder Matrix of importance agendas/interest vs influence/power. Luke Trade-off matrix showing how these disparate views might be traded off to form a best fit stakeholder view. Vishnu (Hand in Tuesday Week 9) WEEK 9: List of key requirements which emerge from this analysis. How might these be modified in the light of your Stakeholder analysis to gain better Stakeholder support. Ben (Hand in Tuesday Week 10) WEEK 10: Group Initial design options. What Test might do to change your thinking. List the main options which you think might be available for the overall, integrated, healthcare service and the role that each hospital might play in it, as part of the system.
