    This is relation to the case you handled for Mr. FEDERICO CABOJE which you promised to pursue to the end. You have been paid for handling the same but never youve been seen here at the PARAD, Iba, Zambales. In the and you likewise promised to work the issuance of the title from the DAR regional office but still with no result. Lately, you manifested that you will just return the amount paid to you by Mr. Federico Caboje in due time. They have been waiting for the fulfillment of you promised. In this regard I am giving you a period of ten (10) days from receipt hereof to return the litigation expenses given to you by Caboje. Failure on your part to comply with your commitment this incident will reach the IBP office. Your preferential attention in this regard to very much anticipated.
