Madam:

I write in behalf of my client, Maylene R. Feliciano, #50 Gervacio Street, Hulong

Duhat, Malabon City pertaining to her concern in your good office to secure copy of
CERTIFICATE TO FILE ACTION.

According to my client, sometime on the month of May and April 2019, a

conciliation proceedings in your office was conducted between my client as complainant
and concerned parties involving a parcel of land that was owned and registered under
the name of her father, SATURNINO FELICIANO. The said conciliation proceedings
turned futile, hence, under the Katarungang Pambarangay Law, Section 410 thereof,
certificate to file action must necessarily be issued from your office.

You instructed my client in several occasions to personally appear in your office

to secure such Certificate and in fact, she went to you last 9 January 2020 but
unfortunately, you deliberately failed to issue the same without any justifiable reason.

Thus, this will serve as a notice against you to comply with your agreement with
my client within five (5) days from receipt hereof otherwise, we shall sue you in proper
court.
