This pertains to your letter dated August 16,2019 addressed to our office seeking for
legal opinion pertaining to the application of electrical permit of Fernando Gozon Inc.,
located at P.Aquino St., Tosuya Malabon City.

After going over with the documents attached in the abovementioned paragraph, the
applicant had complied with the requirements of the National Building Code of the
Philippines, as far as proof of ownership is concerned. Thus, electrical permit should be
issued in favor of the said applicant.
