MUD CAKE (KEK LUMUT) Ingredient A: 250 g butter, 50g caster sugar, tbsp ovalette Ingredient B : 5 egg yolks

Ingredient C : 80g sweetened condensed milk, 80g kaya Ingredient D : 240g flour(sieved), 80g Horlicks Ingredient E : 5 egg whites Ingredient F : tbsp pandan paste, 5tbsp pandan juice(blend 5 blades of pandan leaves with water, strained out juice)

Method : 1. Beat ingredient A till creamy, add in ingredient B. Beat till well-combined & add in ingredient C. Beat till properly mixed through. 2. Fold in ingredient D in small batches, a little at a time. 3. Beat ingredient E with a clean electric beater till soft peaks form. Fold into no 2. 4. Add in ingredient F. Fold well. 5. Grease and line 5 square cake tin with greaseproof paper. Pour in batter no 4. Cover top with foil. Steam for 2 hours. Replenish steamers water constantly. Cool cake on a wire rack before serving.
